Polly De Windt is a veteran real estate sales professional with more than 30 years of experience in the industry. A native of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, Polly built her career in South Florida as a specialist in new construction sales with Arvida Homes during its development of Weston, a 16,000-property master-planned suburban community located in Broward County, Florida that is regularly ranked among the best places to live in America.
During her tenure as a New Home Sales Associate for Arvida Homes, she successfully sold and closed more than 400 new homes in Weston totaling near $100,000,000 USD. Polly was a perennial top-producing agent renowned for continuously surpassing sales quotas. This, combined with her personable, people-first attitude earned her the Arvida Homes Salesperson of the Year Award in 2000, more than 15 Salesperson of the Month Awards between 1996 and 2001, and a 4.38 customer satisfaction rating.
Following the completion of Weston’s planned new home construction in 2002, she moved into general real estate sales and leasing with Century 21 United Properties Weston and formed the Polly De Windt Team. With five associates under her leadership, Polly was a top-listing agent and recorded $25 million in production between 2002 and 2004.
Beyond real estate, Polly is passionate about traveling and exploring new destinations across the globe. In 2005, together with her husband of more than 50 years, she travelled extensively between the Caribbean, Australia, and the islands of the South Pacific, including Papua New Guinea, Tonga, Singapore, Fiji, and New Zealand prior to returning home to South Florida.
Polly is known for treating clients like family and has a knack for building lifelong relationships. “I have a great attitude, strong work ethic and commitment to excellence in the service of my clients,” she says. “I love seeing architecture and floor plans of residential properties and finding the right place that will make my buyers happy to call home.”
Polly is married to Cesar De Windt and the mother of three children, Cesar, Alexia, and Omar. She lives in Coral Gables, Florida.
